Baldur’s Gate 3 Developers Tell How To Access Save Transfer And Crossplay

In anticipation of the very imminent start of early access Baldur’s Gate 3 studio, Larian urged potential buyers of the game to create an account on its official website.

As the representative of Larian Studios explained at the company’s forum, the establishment of your Larian account provides several significant advantages: in particular, access to online developer services.

Having an account will allow Baldur’s Gate 3 customers to transfer their saves from one platform to another, “if you suddenly have copies of the game for PC and Stadia

In addition, Larian account holders will be able to participate in cross-platform network sessions. As the developers recently explained, for this, the game builds for each user must be exactly the same.

Judging by the comments to the already deleted Larian Studios Twitter announcement, the system is functioning intermittently so far: some do not have access to their account, others have problems with certificates.

What is the reason for the deletion of the publication (during the time of writing the material, the above-mentioned topic on the forum also evaporated) is unknown? Probably Larian Studios wants to get their website up and running.

After the next postponement, Baldur’s Gate 3 Early Access is expected to start next Tuesday – October 6 – on PC (Steam, GOG) and Google Stadia. Although the game is not ready, the ambitious RPG will sell for full price from launch.
