Biostar Racing Z490A-Silver and Z490T-Silver boards are powered by Intel Comet Lake-S chips

Biostar has announced the Racing Z490A-Silver and Z490T-Silver motherboards in ATX and Mini-ITX formats, respectively: both new products are based on the Intel Z490 system logic set.

Supports 10th Gen Socket LGA 1200 (Comet Lake-S) Core processors. For DDR4-3200 (OC) /… / 4400 + (OC) RAM modules with a capacity of 4, 8, 16, or 32 GB, there are four slots for the older version and two for the younger version.

The Racing Z490A-Silver has six SATA 3.0 ports, two M.2 connectors for solid-state modules, two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots for discrete graphics accelerators, three PCIe 3.0 x1 slots for add-on cards and ALC1150 7.1 audio codec.

The Z490T-Silver version, in turn, received four SATA 3.0 ports, one M.2 connector, one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, and a 7.1 ALC892 audio codec.

Both new items are endowed with a gigabit network controller Intel i219V, connectors for connecting a Wi-Fi antenna (wireless adapter is purchased separately), PS / 2, HDMI, D-Sub, USB 3.2 Gen1 and USB 2.0 interfaces. The older version also received a DisplayPort connector.

There is currently no information on the estimated price of new products and the timing of the start of sales.
