A new game from the Warcraft universe will be released this year, which can be played on mobile platforms and devices, Blizzard announced. Blizzard has released a press release announcing that in 2022 it will release a large amount of content from the Warcraft franchise, a franchise that also includes the World of Warcraft MMORPG.

Without giving further details, the press release only shows that among the new features will be a new game set in the Warcraft universe, which will be created especially for mobile devices and will be launched this year.

It is unusual for Blizzard (a company known for not rushing to release new games before making sure they are ready for release) to launch games shortly, shortly after the official announcement.

After the three games of Warcraft, World of Warcraft, and Hearthstone, the new title announced for this year would already be the sixth game that uses the same universe in which humans and orcs are sometimes enemies, sometimes allies.

Also this year, Blizzard will launch a new game from the Diablo series, called Diablo Immortal. It has been in operation since 2018, and it will also be a game for mobile devices, a niche in which the American manufacturer has not been very active until now.
