Capcom Extends Resident Evil Village Multiplatform Demo Life By One Week

Publishing Capcom in the official microblogging of the Resident Evil series announced a change in the availability of the multi-platform demo version of the upcoming horror Resident Evil Village.

We will remind, until recently, it was assumed that the upcoming trial edition of Resident Evil Village would be available for review only within 24 hours from the date of release.

As it turned out, enough people were dissatisfied with Capcom’s decision for the Japanese publishing house to back down and noticeably widen the previously indicated framework.

The launch of the Resident Evil Village multiplatform demo remained unchanged – the premiere will take place on May 2 at 3:00 Moscow time, but the expiration date of the “probe” was pushed back to May 10 (also at 3:00 Moscow time).

Recall that the upcoming Resident Evil Village demo will be limited in time: players will have only 60 minutes to explore the castle and the village. The whole hour, if desired, can be spent in one of the locations.

PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 owners had the opportunity to preview the contents of the trial version in two half-hour segments, which have already expired.

Resident Evil Village will go on sale on May 7 this year for PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Google Stadia. In the mentioned demo, we have already found a reference for Resident Evil 4 fans.
