Chuwi introduced a new compact mini-PC, called the Chuwi CoreBox i5. The manufacturer replaced the popular Celeron N4100 processor, which is often used in low-cost mini-PCs, with the much more powerful Intel Core i5, so that the device can cope with a wide variety of tasks.

The volume of the device is only 2 litres, while the computer can be installed vertically or horizontally. The heart of the computer is the Intel Core i5-5257U processor, which operates at a frequency of 3.1 GHz. The integrated Iris Graphics 6100 allows you to easily decode 4K video.
The amount of RAM is 8 GB, the capacity of the built-in solid-state drive is 256 GB. Thanks to the 2.5-inch expansion slot, you can also add another SSD or HDD to this computer.
Two HDMI connectors allow you to connect a computer to two monitors at the same time, which should be appreciated by programmers and users who process photos and videos. In addition, it also has four USB 3.0 ports, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a gigabit RJ45 network jack, and a charging port.
The price of the device has not yet been announced.
