Complaining WhatsApp Problems Made Easy
WhatsApp In-App Support has been added to the beta version of WhatsApp for Android 2.20.202.7, available to test participants. Simply put – a section for support services built right into the application.
While users who encountered some problems in the application, when something did not work or was not working correctly, they had to either accept or send a letter with a complaint to [email protected], but this was not very convenient and users often received automatic answers without a real solution.
Now you can contact the support service directly in the application and the specialist will answer not by mail, but directly in the WhatsApp chat. The section is available in the application settings. The user is prompted to write his message in the text field and is prompted to automatically add information about the device and settings to the message.
