With the release of Chrome 88, site owners and SEOs can now see Core Web Vitals data in Chrome DevTools. This information is available in the Performance section.

To see this information, you need to check the Web Vitals box in the profile that will be created after the page load record.

A new chart will appear on the panel with data on three metrics: First Contentful Paint (FCP), Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), and Layout Shift (LS).

Accessing this information in Chrome will allow you to track and improve your Core Web Vitals in real-time.

As a reminder, this year’s Web Vitals will be part of a new Page Experience ranking signal expected to launch in May.

Let’s also add that after updating to version 88, Google Chrome will block all downloads of mixed content by default .
