One of the most popular modern multiplayer shooters Counter-Strike: Global Offensive set an absolute record for the number of people simultaneously in the game.
On May 6, 1,818,773 people played together in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. At the same time, the previous record was set six weeks ago, which amounted to only 1,507,212 unique users.
