Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.22 Released: Crash Chances Reduced and Missions Fixed
CD Projekt RED continues to improve the technical condition of Cyberpunk 2077 gradually. At the end of March, she released a major update, 1.2, which contained more than five hundred fixes and improvements. Then the game received patch 1.21, and today patch 1.22 was released. There are few changes in it, but some of them will surely please users.
One of the main fixes concerns the Metro: Memorial Park terminal, which is now correctly taken into account in the “Migratory Bird” achievement statistics. Due to this problem, users often could not get a platinum trophy in Cyberpunk 2077. In addition, the developers got rid of errors in six tasks. The list includes a problem with Takemura in the quest “Old Friends” when he was unable to get out of the docks of Japan Town. CDPR tried to remove this bug in patch 1.21, but it persisted for users who faced the problem before the update was released. Now Takemura will automatically be transported to Wakako’s salon.
A few more improvements concern the interface, stability, graphics, and other aspects. Perhaps, the most important of them is “optimizing various processes and improving the memory usage algorithm. ” This should reduce the likelihood of game crashes.
Recall: Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10, 2020, on PC, PS4, Xbox One, GeForce Now, and Google Stadia. Versions of the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Series S will appear in the second half of this year.
