We will remind, in an interview with the portal GQ, Ryan let slip that the newest creation of Bend Studio will get to the PC this spring, but did not share any details then.

Valve’s digital distribution service does not provide additional information on the timing of the release of Days Gone on PC. Moreover, the date of the Steam version release is the day of the game’s premiere on PS4.

As it turned out, the PC edition comes complete with post-release updates (New Game +, survival, and challenge modes) and additional livery for the protagonist’s motorcycle.

The PC version of Days Gone will also offer support for ultra-wide monitors, unlocked frame rates, and improved graphics (level of detail, viewing angle, distance to draw vegetation).

Among other things, the Steam page lists the system requirements for Days Gone. Except for disk size, DirectX versions, and SSD installation recommendations, the game’s appetites are identical to Horizon Zero Dawn’s.

  • DirectX version: 11;
  • disk space: 70 GB.

Days Gone was released on PS4 in April 2019. On PS5, the zombie action Bend Studio works in backward compatibility mode: the game supports dynamic 4K and transferring saves from the previous generation console.
