Dead Cells sells more than 5 million copies, with The Bad Seed DLC coming to iOS and Android soon

Motion Twin has announced that the action-adventure Dead Cells has sold over 5 million copies. The developer also said that The Bad Seed add-on would be released on mobile devices on March 30th.

In December 2020, Twin Motion reported that the game had sold 3.5 million copies. But with the release of Dead Cells in China for mobile, there has been a sudden spike in sales. According to the developer, in just a few days, 1 million copies of the project were implemented in China.

As for The Bad Seed expansion, it will provide players with new and alternative routes for those who “want to keep their feet dry from the Sewers or are too afraid of the heights of the Remparts. ” Also, DLC will add new monsters, weapons, and bosses. On consoles and PCs, the add-on was released over a year ago.
