DJI Mavic 3M: 5 cameras, maximum height 6 km, flight range – up to 32 km. It is capable of shooting in green and red channels, as well as in the red edge and near-infrared channels.
DJI has unveiled the Mavic 3M commercial drone. The novelty became the third in the line, after Mavic 3E and Mavic 3T. Mavic 3M, judging by the official commercials and description, is intended for farmers and all those who grow crops in large areas.

To assess the condition of the fields and productivity, it was endowed with four additional 5-megapixel cameras. They shoot in the green and red channels, as well as in the red edge (red photosynthesis barrier) and near-infrared channels. A separate sensor on top is used to obtain light data, information from which is subsequently used to create 2D field images.
The drone’s main camera is the same as the regular Mavic 3. It uses a 20-megapixel 4/3 aspect ratio CMOS sensor. The Mavic 3M is capable of flying up to 6 km, but more importantly (taking into account the specifics of positioning) the drone can move up to 32 km from the operator. Autonomy, alas, is small – only 43 minutes. The positioning accuracy with the RTK module connected is 1 cm horizontally and 1.5 cm vertically.
The mass of the drone is 951 grams, and the cost of the novelty has not yet been announced.
