They use Changxin Storage chips
In this difficult time, the Chinese are trying to import not only software (for example, they use various Linux-based distributions instead of Windows), but also hardware components. We have already written about the release of processors in the Middle Kingdom, and now DDR4 memory modules, assembled entirely in China, are on sale.
Domestic production of DDR4 memory modules launched in China
Products are available on the Gloway website. The Yi PRO lineup is represented by two models – a volume of 8 and 16 GB. Their characteristics are the same: frequency – 3000 MHz, voltage – 1.35 V, timings – 16-18-18-38. The product uses Changxin Storage chips, it began supplying DDR4, DDR4X modules, as well as the actual DDR4 slots in February this year. Such chips are easily identified by the CXMT marking.
Alas, the cost of memory modules is not reported: on the company website they can be added to the basket, but it is not yet possible to buy. However, there is no doubt that such a memory for a PC will be more accessible than more famous analogues.
