Drawn tactical strategy Inkulinati now has a publisher
As part of the Future Games Show: Spring Showcase broadcast, the independent Polish studio Yaza Games announced that the medieval strategy game Inkulinati has a publisher – Daedalic Entertainment.
Recall that the events of Inkulinati unfold on the pages of a medieval manuscript, which the knight and nun decided to use as an arena for their ink battles.
A teaser trailer for Inkulinati was shown at the Future Games Show: Spring Showcase. The video lasts a little over a minute and demonstrates the gameplay cuts and comments of “experts” about the game’s phenomenon.
Inkulinati’s gameplay is based on tactical duels involving monsters drawn with living ink, inspired by real drawings from 700 years ago.
The developers promise local PvP battles and a single-player campaign. Players will have to reveal all the secrets of the secret society of Inkulinati and face such opponents as Death and Dante Alighieri.
Officially, Inkulinati has been announced only for PC ( Steam, GOG ) and Nintendo Switch, but the developers desire to release the game on other consoles. The release of the PC version is expected towards the end of this year.
Inkulinati’s story began in May 2020 with a Kickstarter fundraising campaign. As part of the initiative, Yaza Games raised more than $ 73 thousand for creating the project, with a goal of $ 20 thousand.
