Dynabook Satellite Pro C40 / C50 laptops on Intel platform start at $ 499
The affordable Dynabook Satellite Pro C40 and Satellite Pro C50 laptops have been announced with 14 and 15.6-inch displays, respectively. In both cases, a Full HD panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels is applied.
Laptops are built on Intel Ice Lake platform. Can be installed with a Core i3-1005G1 (two cores; four threads; 1.2-3.4 GHz) or a Core i5-1035G1 (four cores; eight threads; 1.0-3.6 GHz) processor. The amount of DDR4 RAM, depending on the configuration, is 4 or 8 GB.
The integrated Intel UHD accelerator is busy with graphics processing. A 256 GB solid-state drive is responsible for data storage. A slot for a microSD card is provided.
The arsenal of laptops includes Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth wireless adapters, a 720p webcam, stereo speakers, a network Ethernet controller, two USB Type-A 3.2 ports and a USB Type-C 3.2 port, an HDMI and 3.5 mm audio jack.
The youngest of the two new products measures 328 x 224.8 x 18.9 mm and weighs 1.55 kg. The dimensions of the older ones are 362.5 × 240.5 × 19.7 mm, weight – 1.76 kg. The battery capacity is the same – 45.6 Wh.
Laptop computers are designed for everyday tasks. They can be installed with the operating system Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro. The devices are priced from $ 499.
