The largest gaming exhibition was last held in 2019

The Entertainment Software Association has officially announced that the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) has been cancelled. At the same time, a year ago it was announced that she would return after a long break.

The Entertainment Software Association has announced the cancellation of the show. The email states that E3 2023 “has not generated the sustained interest needed to host it in a way that demonstrates the industry’s size, strength and impact.”

The Entertainment Software Association hasn’t said anything about plans to host an Electronic Entertainment Expo in the future.

The event was scheduled to take place from June 13 to 16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and was the first E3 show since 2019.

Previously, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Ubisoft withdrew from the event.
