It simplifies the multi-camera video production
Elgato, acquired by Corsair in 2018, announced the release of the Cam Link Pro video capture card. It is a PCIe expansion card equipped with four HDMI inputs and a video streaming mixer function. It supports the input and recording of 4K or 1080p60 Full HD video from digital SLR cameras, camcorders, action cameras, laptops, tablets, and any other device that outputs a pure HDMI signal. Cam Link Pro makes it easy to create content using multiple cameras and other sources, according to the manufacturer. For professional streaming and presentations, you can use the Elgato 4K Capture Utility, which provides several screen options for outputting video from multiple sources.

The manufacturer attributes the advantages of Cam Link Pro to low latency and support for 4K and Full HD resolutions at 30 fps and 60 fps, respectively. Cam Link Pro supports a variety of live streaming and video conferencing applications including OBS Studio, vMIX, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, and goes beyond standard video calling by allowing up to three additional cameras for video calling or online classes. Multiple cameras can be used to shoot from different angles or from different perspectives (this requires cameras with lenses with different angles of view).
The card integrates with the Elgato Stream Deck studio controller for quick access to its functions. For example, you can switch cameras and choose a split-screen in real-time with a single keystroke.
