Enthusiast spent six months to complete The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 100% without taking damage

Streamer JoeDun posted a video on his YouTube channel about his recent achievement, completing Zelda’s Legend: Breath of the Wild 100% without taking damage.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild cleanup includes all story and side quests, 120 shrines (challenges), 900 collectible seeds (hidden around the world), and full enhancements to all permanent weapons and armor.

Fulfilling the above conditions is not easy in principle, but JoeDun put an additional obstacle between himself and the ultimate goal – not to receive a single unit of damage.

In a recent interview with Polygon, the enthusiast admitted that he spent about six months to bring the idea to life, and the only successful race was the result of more than a hundred attempts.

One of the most offensive failures overtook JoeDun on the playthrough’s 33rd hour when the final boss was defeated. Almost 900 seeds were collected: a lightning bolt caught the player bounced on the hero from the defeated enemy a few seconds before this enemy.

It is worth noting that in the event of damage, JoeDun did not allow himself to load the save – the game had to be started from the very beginning. At the same time, the streamer was allowed to exploit bugs, including handy ones.

Despite all the difficulties, JoeDun will not stop there: the streamer plans to complete Breath of the Wild 100% with all DLC and/or without using bugs. And without taking damage, of course.
