Customers who continue to use Sign In with Apple to sign in to their Epic Games account must update their account information by September 11th with other details. This will avoid problems that will arise after Apple blocks the previously mentioned feature. On the Epic support page, an instruction has appeared, following which users can change the data used for authorization. The developers also say that they can restore access to Epic accounts manually, but for this, users will have to contact them directly.

Recall that the conflict between Epic and Apple began in the middle of last month, when, with one of the updates, a new system of payment for purchases appeared in the game Fortnite. The developers have integrated a tool into the game with which you can make purchases without paying Apple’s 30% service fee. This violates the App Store platform rules, which is why Fortnite has been removed from Apple’s digital content store.
