Evil Dead: The Game – asymmetric PvP action game set in the Evil Dead universe
Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have unveiled the co-op-competitive PvP action game Evil Dead: The Game. It will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
Evil Dead: The Game is based on the Evil Dead Cinematic Universe. Our world has been invaded by demons. The four survivors (including the star of the franchise, Ash) will work as a team, explore accessible areas, collect items and craft tools, and find artifacts that can close the gap between worlds. Players will have access to pumping skills and more than 25 types of weapons, including Ash’s gloves, Ash’s chainsaw and Boomstick.
In addition, the survivors can be challenged by a player who has taken control of the powerful Kandari demon. He will hunt Ash and his friends using the dead and the environment to consume their souls.
The developers promise in Evil Dead: The Game to introduce branded characters, humor and locations from “Evil Dead”, including a cabin in the woods. It is noteworthy that Bruce Campbell recorded completely new dialogues for the game.
Evil Dead: The Game will be released next year.
