Expedition Zero – atmospheric horror with survival elements about a Soviet scientist stuck in Siberia
Enigmatic Machines and tinyBuild have unveiled Expedition Zero, a survival horror movie. The game tells about a Soviet scientist who is trying to get out of Siberia and get home. The first trailer of the project contains only a cut of frames with a demonstration of different locations. However, the Expedition Zero Steam page contains many details of the upcoming horror.
The synopsis of the game reads: “The unexpected fall of the meteorite turned the vast expanses of the Siberian taiga into a nightmarish exclusion zone. There is no information about what is happening inside the zone. Communication with the military bases has been lost, and there are rumors about empty villages and creatures devouring people among the locals. The Soviet scientific group “Expedition Zero,” equipped with the most advanced technologies, instruments, and mechanized protective suits, is sent to explore the area. Many years later, the only surviving member of the expedition is trying to find his way home. “
The main character of Expedition Zero has engineering skills that he will have to apply to fight “monstrous creatures.” To destroy them, you will need to think logically and use ingenuity since the protagonist cannot enter into direct collisions. But he can improve his costume and create all sorts of adaptations.
The developers also promised an atmosphere of survival in the Siberian taiga, full of mysteries and horrors. In the process of passing the game, users will learn the secret of the disappearance of “Expedition Zero.”
Expedition Zero will be released on PC; the release date has not yet been disclosed. Now everyone can download a demo version of the project.
