Less than two weeks before the release of Fallout 76 on Steam, Bethesda Softworks announced that it had prepared special bonuses for players.
Fallout 76 on Steam will be free for Bethesda.net owners
Anyone who has purchased a game on the Bethesda.net platform will receive a free Steam copy. All you need to do is click on the link and link your Steam account to your Bethesda profile. However, you should hurry up, as the offer is limited in time until April 13.
Players who link accounts between the two platforms or buy Fallout 76 on Steam from April 14 to 28 will receive a free Fallout Classic Collection, including Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
However, for technical reasons, only progress can be transferred. You won’t be able to use the Fallout 1st subscription and accumulated atoms on another platform, but you can move items purchased for atoms. Fallout 1st subscribers should contact customer service. Perhaps they will be offered any options.
As a reminder, Fallout 76 with the Wastelanders update will appear on Steam on April 14th. The update will include new story missions and neutral characters.
