First real tests of iPhone 12 speed on 5G networks
iPhone 12 supports two types of 5G connectivity: mmWave 5G and sub-6GHz sub-band. At the same time, support for mmWave 5G technology will be available only in models that are offered in the United States. They will also differ externally: an additional antenna will be located on the side of the case.

At the moment, only “a small number of tests” have been conducted in several major US metropolitan areas.
