Animation.Ai has introduced a new free application based on ChatGPT. It is called Call Annie and allows you to call and talk to a virtual bot avatar named Annie. The answers of the virtual girl will be created by AI.
Apparently, the system understands Russian well, but the answers so far sound pretty bad. Also, while there are problems with the reaction speed, each answer the bot “thinks” for a few seconds. However, in general, everything looks very good.
Foreign users have already begun to publish videos testing Call Annie. The app can only be installed on an iOS device. Moreover, video calling requires iPhone 12 and newer models. This is due to the heavy load on the hardware of the smartphone. On older models, only voice calls are possible. Macs with Apple M-series processors running macOS 13 or later are also supported.
