According to available information, the “heart” of the novelty will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor. The product contains four ARM Cortex A53 computing cores with a clock speed of up to 1.7 GHz, as well as the Adreno 504 graphics accelerator.

FCC data suggests that the Fossil Gen 6 watch will be able to work on 4G LTE cellular networks. In addition, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wireless adapters, an NFC controller and a GPS satellite navigation system are mentioned.

Finally, it is known that the Wear OS operating system will be used as the software platform.

Based on images in FCC documentation, this device will have a circular display. In the side of the case, most likely, there will be a physical control button. In the fifth-generation model, the novelty can inherit a heart rate sensor and waterproof design.

FCC certification means the watch is just around the corner. They may debut at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2021 from January 11-14 in all-digital format.
