Fresh results of sales of games Capcom: Iceborne – 7.2 million, Resident Evil 3 – 3.6 million, DMC 5 – 4.1 million
Capcom has updated the list of its games, which have sold over one million copies as of December 31, 2020. So, it became known about the sales of the last major projects of the publisher: Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil 7, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, Monster Hunter: World, Devil May Cry 5, Street Fighter V, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy.
Earlier, during the financial report, Capcom already reported sales of Monster Hunter: World and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne – 16.8 million (plus 400 thousand copies from September 30 ) and 7.2 million (600 thousand copies from September 30), respectively. It is now Capcom’s best-selling game of all time, even if the add-on results are not included.
Sales of Resident Evil 7 amounted to 8.5 million copies (200 thousand copies from September 30), Resident Evil 2 – 7.8 million copies (300 thousand copies from September 30), Resident Evil 3 – 3.6 million copies (600 thousand copies from September 30).
Devil May Cry 5 has sold 4.1 million copies (200,000 copies since September 30), Street Fighter V – 5.2 million copies (200,000 copies since September 30). Finally, the re-release of Phoenix Wright’s Detective Adventures: Ace Attorney Trilogy took its first million copies and made its first appearance on the list.
