The Yekaterinburg city administration decided to switch to domestic cars. In the latest purchase, preference was given to popular models from AvtoVAZ, in particular Lada Vesta.

Ten years ago, popular Toyota Camry business sedans were purchased for the needs of the Yekaterinburg mayor’s office. Now information has appeared about the order of 11 new Lada Vesta cars.

The order was made last fall, and the amount was 17.181 million rubles, that is, the average cost of one Lada Vesta was about 1.5 million rubles.

According to the E1.RU portal, the mayor of Yekaterinburg so far prefers a Toyota Land Cruiser, and the governor of the Sverdlovsk region is moving to a Lexus LX570.
