This is not the latest, but still a modern and energy-efficient platform, which scores about 650,000 points in AnTuTu 10. The problem is that the Galaxy M52, which was released at the beginning of 2021, is at approximately the same level. That is, over three generations, the performance of the Galaxy M5x models has remained virtually unchanged, and in one generation it even dropped compared to its predecessor. 

As for the rest, the software says 8GB of RAM, and that’s probably the base variant.
