This is probably the top version of the Xe HP
As we know, Intel is developing Xe GPUs for different segments. So far we have received only iGPUs in Tiger Lake processors, as well as a discrete graphics card of a similar configuration.

Next year Intel should release a desktop discrete graphics card, and sometime later there will be specialized accelerators for different segments, including supercomputers. You can see an engineering sample of one of them below.
In this case, the thermal interface interferes with considering the crystals, but there are eight of them: four HBM2 memory crystals and four GPU crystals.
According to rough estimates, the area of each GPU die is about 106 mm 2 . The specified number of processing cores (7,680) is not necessarily correct, since, judging by the configuration, we have before us the top version of the Xe HP – a solution focused on the data center. Intel has already formally presented them , and we know that the four-chip version has 16 384 cores and 42 TFLOPS (FP32) performance.
