Gigabyte Aorus Intel Tiger Lake-H Gaming Laptops Declassified
Gigabyte will soon announce several gaming-grade portable computers under the Aorus brand: we are talking about the Aorus 17X YD, Aorus 17G, and Aorus 15P models on the Intel Tiger Lake-H hardware platform.
The Aorus, 17X YD laptop, will receive a Core i9-11980HK processor with a clock speed of 2.6 to 5.0 GHz and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 graphics accelerator with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. We are talking about the presence of a 17.3-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 300 Hz, and a 72 percent coverage of the NTSC color space. Weight approx. 3.75 kg.
The Aorus 17G laptop, in turn, will receive a Core i7-11800H chip with a frequency of 2.3 to 4.6 GHz. The developer will offer versions with video cards NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (16/8 GB), GeForce RTX 3070 (8 GB), and GeForce RTX 3060 (6 GB). The device will receive the same screen as the Aorus 17X YD version described above. The weight of this new item will be about 2.7 kg.
Finally, the Aorus 15P laptop will be powered by a Core i7-11800H processor clocked at 2.3-4.6 GHz. The choice of graphics accelerators is similar to the Aorus 17G model. In this case, the size of the Full HD display will be 15.6 inches diagonally. We are talking about modifications with a refresh rate of 240 and 360 Hz. The coverage of the NTSC color space in both cases will be 72%. The device will receive a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 99 Wh, and the weight is 2.2 kg.
