The Sberbank team announced the full integration of the Gosklyuch service into the process of concluding housing transactions at Domclick. Now users can buy real estate from the developer completely online, without visiting the bank office.
As the press service notes, before the client had to come to the branch of Sberbank at least once in order to receive a certificate of enhanced qualified signature. With the application “Goskey” the contract for participation in shared construction is signed remotely.

“Goskey” was developed with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Development. This application allows you to obtain a certificate of enhanced qualified or unqualified electronic signature (UKEP or UNEP) and sign legally significant documents electronically.
After the buyer and the seller have agreed that the transaction will take place remotely, the client receives an SMS with a link to the site with more detailed information about the next steps. Following the instructions, the client installs the Goskey application, issues an electronic signature certificate in it and signs all the necessary documents.
To obtain a certificate of an enhanced qualified electronic signature in the Goskey application, you will need a verified account on the State Services, as well as a new passport (with biometrics) and a smartphone with an NFC module or biometrics handed over at the bank office.
