Studio Arc System Works on the Guilty Gear fighting game series’s official website has published the schedule of open beta testing of the upcoming part – Guilty Gear: Strive.
For those who pre-order or have pre-ordered Guilty Gear: Strive on the PS Store, trials will begin on February 18 at 6:00 AM ET. All the rest will be allowed in exactly one day later – on February 19.
With Early Access for pre-order holders, the Guilty Gear: Strive beta will run for four and a half days. Testing will end on February 21 at 17:59 Moscow time.
As part of the open beta, participants will play as 13 of 15 characters ( Anji Mito will be unavailable, and the last fighter is not yet represented) in Versus and Network modes and training and education.
It is reported that only the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 will be able to try Guilty Gear: Strive within the announced session. PC users will have to wait for the full release.
As it became known earlier, Guilty Gear: Strive uses Rollback network code, which, according to the developers, “provides the same level of responsiveness as offline matches. “
Guilty Gear: Will go on sale on April 9 this year for PC (Steam), PS4, and PS5. Buyers of the game for the previous generation console will receive the advanced version for free for the new Sony console.
