Hades wins BAFTA Games Awards 2021, and The Last of Us Part II wins Custom Game of the Year

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, on the evening of March 25, as part of the BAFTA Games Awards 2021, determined the main games of the past year.

The leader in the number of nominations – as many as 13 (the historical record of the BAFTA Games Awards) – was The Last of Us Part II. Still, the main triumph of the show was the mythological roguelike Hades.

Supergiant Games’ creation was unmatched in five of its eight announced categories: Artistic Achievement, Best Narrative, Best Game Design, Best Supporting Actor, and Game of the Year.

The ambitious action game Naughty Dog dominated only three nominations: Best Animation, Best Foreground Actor, and Game of the Year by viewers at the 2021 BAFTA Games Awards.
