Horror a la Dead Space, PUBG connection, third-person view: new details of The Callisto Protocol

The Callisto Protocol, a new horror game from Striking Distance and Krafton, was announced at The Game Awards 2020. Project development is led by Glen Schofield, creator of the first Dead Space. He was recently interviewed by IGN, in which he shared the details of his upcoming horror movie.

The head said that the events of The Callisto Protocol take place in the PUBG universe. It is worth clarifying here right away: Striking Distance is an internal studio of PUBG Corporation, so you shouldn’t be surprised at the connection between projects. According to Glen Schofield, he met with representatives of PUBG Corp. and shared his idea. And then together they figured out how to weave The Callisto Protocol into PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds storyline.
