HP has announced the ZBook Fury 15 G7 and ZBook Fury 17 G7 laptops, which are positioned as mobile workstations for professional users.
New items are equipped with a display measuring 15.6 and 17.3 inches, respectively. Full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels) or 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels) panels can be used. In the second case, 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space is provided. Some modifications support touch control.
Laptops are based on the Intel Comet Lake hardware platform. The most productive versions are equipped with an eight-core Core i9-10885H or Xeon W-10885M processor with a base clock frequency of 2.4 GHz (up to 5.3 GHz).
Up to 128GB DDR4-2667 RAM is allowed. It is possible to install a fast PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD with a capacity of up to 4 TB or a hard drive with a capacity of up to 2 TB with a spindle speed of 5400 rpm.
The graphics subsystem is made on a discrete accelerator: it can be an adapter of the NVIDIA Quadro T series or RTX family, as well as an AMD Radeon RX 5500M.
Among other things, it is worth highlighting a Bang & Olufsen audio system, a backlit keyboard, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 wireless adapters, a 720p webcam, a fingerprint scanner, Mini DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0b, and Thunderbolt 3 interfaces.
The ZBook Fury 15 G7 and ZBook Fury 17 G7 mobile workstations will go on sale on September 14th. The price has not been specified.
