HP War X Laptop with AMD Ryzen Platform Available in Three Sizes
HP has announced the War X laptop: the new product is offered in versions with a 13-, 14- and a 15-inch display. The notebook is based on the AMD hardware platform.
Specifically, buyers can choose between the Ryzen 7 Pro 4750U and the Ryzen 5 Pro 4650U. The first of the named chips contains eight cores with a frequency of 1.7-4.1 GHz, the second – six cores with a frequency of 2.1-4.0 GHz. In both cases, multithreading technology is supported.
The amount of RAM is 16 GB, the capacity of the solid-state drive is 512 GB. There are USB Type-A, USB Type-C, HDMI ports, and a standard 3.5mm audio jack.
The basic configuration provides for a Full HD screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, and the older versions have a 4K panel with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. The brightness reached 400 cd / m 2; refers to 100% coverage of the sRGB color space.
Standard pricing ranges from $ 720 to $ 765 depending on display size. The operating system Windows 10 is used as a software platform.
