Huawei Announces Three New Products on September 10th, Not Smartphones

According to the latest rumors, the announcement of the new flagship series of smartphones Huawei Mate 40 is expected sometime in September. However, before this event, the Chinese manufacturer is going to hold another event, which will present at least three new products.

A poster has been leaked on the Web, informing that Huawei’s event is scheduled for September 10th. By the way, the Huawei Developer Conference 2020 should start on the same day. It is likely that new products will be presented there.

Image shared by Twitter user @ RODENT950. It contains three schematic icons of new Huawei products. The first one looks like a laptop with the letter “X” in the middle, the second one looks like a clock face, the third one looks like a sound wave. In the first case, most likely, we are talking about a new version of the Huawei MateBook X laptop. Yes, last week the company already introduced the MateBook X 2020 model. But then it was about a portable system based on new Intel processors. It is possible that at the new event, Huawei will present models based on Ryzen 4000 (Renoir) mobile processors.

It is also known that the Chinese manufacturer has two new smartwatch models under development – Huawei Watch Fit and Watch GT 2 Pro. Earlier rumors said that the company will present the first model in September, and the second one at the same time as the announcement of the new Mate 40 smartphones.

The third icon resembles a sound wave, which may indicate the launch of a new audio product. We can talk, for example, about a smart speaker with a built-in digital assistant. Maybe Huawei will announce the launch of the new FreeGo Portable Bluetooth Speaker, which first became known back in June this year.
