Huawei has released an update to the proprietary shell EMUI 11 for smartphones of the flagship Huawei Mate 40 series, which will delight fans of mobile games.

The update was received by the Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro +, and Mate 40 RS Porsche Design. The firmware brings support for 90 frames per second mode in the popular multiplayer game King of Glory. So far, the new firmware is only available for Chinese versions of smartphones. 

King of Glory debuted on iOS and Android in 2015 and immediately became the most popular game in China. In 2017, it became one of the most profitable mobile games and the most downloaded game of all time globally. According to statistics for November 2020, more than 100 million users participate in the game daily.
