Such Intel CPUs will be released next year

Huge Intel Xeon 4th generation processor (Sapphire Rapids) in live photos. With LGA4677-X socket, PCI Express 5.0, and DDR5 support
Rumors talked about Sapphire Rapids’ release this year, but this will not be since Ice Lake-SP sales have not even started yet. Meanwhile, despite the same 10nm process technology, Sapphire Rapids will prove to be noticeably better than Ice Lake-SP, as they will become the first Intel server CPUs supporting PCI Express 5.0 bus, as well as an eight-channel DDR5 memory controller. Sapphire Rapids will also get on board HMB memory and Compute Express Link 1.1 bus support.
The Sapphire Rapids-SP engineering sample shown in these pictures runs at 1.3 GHz (which is normal for early samples) and is designed to fit into the new LGA4677-X socket. It’s not hard to see how big the processor is.
