It combines a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, a pair of electric motors and a six-speed automatic. In this bundle, the power plant produces 362 horsepower, almost the same as the version in the Lexus RX 500h. Toyota doesn’t release torque or fuel consumption figures, but the transmission will allow the Grand Highlander to tow a 2.2-tonne trailer.
