Inexpensive Nokia 2.4 smartphone based on MediaTek Helio P22 platform completely declassified

At the end of July, it was reported that in September at the IFA 2020 electronics exhibition (Internationale Funkausstellung), the Finnish company HMD Global will announce new smartphones, which will include the Nokia 2.4 model. Online sources have published detailed specifications for this unit.

It is confirmed that the device will be based on the MediaTek Helio P22 processor with eight cores (up to 2.0 GHz) and the IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator. Buyers will be able to choose between versions with 2 and 3 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 32 and 64 GB, respectively.

The smartphone will receive a Waterdrop Notch screen with a small cutout for a 5-megapixel camera. The display size will be 6.5 inches diagonally, the resolution is 1520 × 720 pixels (HD + format). At the back will be a dual camera in a configuration of 13 + 2 million pixels.

It is said about the presence of a MicroSD slot, wireless adapters Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n and Bluetooth 5.0, a GPS / GLONASS / Beidou receiver, an FM tuner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Micro-USB port.

Power will be provided by a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh. The handset will ship with the Android 10 operating system.

Nokia 2.4 will be available in blue, purple, and gray with an estimated price of $ 129.
