Insider: Resident Evil Village will have nudity and a semblance of a small open world

In the Resident Evil Village tags on the SteamDB website, users found references to the open world and nudity. Officially, no one told about these details, and the developers are in no hurry to confirm them. But the well-known insider AestheticGamer (aka Dusk Golem), who has repeatedly published reliable information about Capcom projects, decided to tell more about the data found by fans. He confirmed that Resident Evil Village will have nudity and a semblance of a small open world.

In his personal microblog, AestheticGamer posted a post where he commented in detail on the findings of users. His message reads: “Resident Evil Village is set in a kind of small open world. Metroidvania is the word developers use. The game puts more emphasis on exploration, gradually expanding the available territory and returning to already visited regions than in previous REs . “

“The project also has nudity and sexual content,” continued AestheticGamer, “ for example, you know these vampire“ lady moths ”that make everyone go crazy. When they dissolve or die, they are bare for a moment, and then turn into a kind of nasty crawling spiders, which is not very attractive. Take it however you like . “

Resident Evil Village will be released on May 7, 2021, on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S. A demo is available on PlayStation 5. Capcom will release a separate demo for other platforms this spring.
