Intel itself says that AI will increase switching speeds by 35% or more. Energy savings are supposed to be 15%. Moreover, subsequent generations of Intel CPUs with this technology will benefit even more from its presence.
In its current form, the AI that will be used in Meteor Lake will not be able to self-learn. It will be a ready-made model, trained to work with specific scenarios in a wide range of workloads. Perhaps in future generations, artificial intelligence will adapt to the scenarios of a particular user, which will make the CPU even more efficient.
