Such processors will be released next year
Intel has revealed its Granite Rapids generation Xeon processors, which are expected next year.
The new products will replace Sapphire Rapids, bringing an almost twofold increase in the number of cores. The new CPUs will also consist of five chipsets, and, as you can see in the photo, these chipsets look very unusual.
Three identical and wider chiplets in the middle are directly computing tiles with processor cores. Two chipsets at the edges are responsible for I/O and additional controllers.

Intel also showed the Meteor Lake CPU, but we have already seen them more than once. Let us remind you that today we revealed the characteristics of the Core Ultra 7 155H, Core Ultra 7 165H, and Core Ultra 9 185H models.
