Introduced MINISFORUM DeskMini UM340 mini computer on AMD Ryzen 5 chip starting at $ 539
The Hong Kong company MINISFORUM presented the ultra-compact desktop computer DeskMini UM340: the device is based on the AMD hardware platform represented by the Ryzen 5 3450U processor.
The named chip combines four computing cores with the ability to process up to eight instruction streams. The base clock speed is 2.1 GHz, the maximum is 3.5 GHz. The solution includes the Radeon Vega 8 graphics accelerator.
The novelty carries onboard wireless adapters Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. A wired connection to a computer network is provided through two Gigabit Ethernet ports.
The front panel features USB 3.1 Gen1, USB 3.1 Gen2, and USB Type-C ports, as well as a combined 3.5mm headphone/microphone jack. At the back are the jacks for network cables, two USB 3.1 Gen2 ports, HDMI, and DisplayPort interfaces.
The dimensions of the device are only 127 × 128 × 46 mm. The following configurations will be available to buyers:
