Framework Computer Inc. began accepting orders for its modular Laptop 16 exactly 10 days ago, and now the company has reported that demand for the novelty has greatly exceeded expectations.
Framework planned to sell five batches of laptops in the fourth quarter of this year, that is, from October, but the entire volume of these batches was selected in just 12 hours of pre-order. As a result, new orders are now accepted only for the first quarter of 2024.
