Apple has released the operating systems iOS 14.4 and iPadOS 14.4. These are Release Candidate versions available not only to developers but also to regular users as part of the open beta testing program.

iOS 14.4 and iPadOS 14.4 get new visual and sound effects when transferring music from iPhone 11 or iPhone 12 to HomePod mini. A new option has appeared in the settings for classifying Bluetooth devices through which music is played.
Apple also added an option that determines the originality of the camera components installed in the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. In iOS 14.4, the iPhone camera can recognize a smaller QR code. In the Exercise section of the Apple Watch app on iPhone, a new Walk Time feature includes a radio button to “Send the latest exercise data from the watch.” Also, errors with artifacts when using HDR mode in the iPhone 12 Pro camera, a bug due to which the keyboard in messages opened with a different language, and so on were fixed.
The final version in the same form should be released in a few days.
