iPhone 12S Pro will be released in a version with 1 TB of flash memory

Apple introduced the iPhone 12 series smartphones just a few months ago, and rumors about the next flagship family of smartphones from the California company are already circulating on the web. Earlier it became known that the new series will be called the iPhone 12S. Now, reputable insider Jon Prosser has posted a video stating that the iPhone 12 Pro will have a maximum storage capacity of 1 TB.

Prosser says the more affordable iPhone 12S and 12S mini won’t get this option. The maximum amount of memory available for these smartphones will be 512 GB. The terabyte drive will receive only Pro versions. In addition, the insider shared new details about the notch in the displays of the upcoming flagships. As previously reported, it will become smaller, but not in width, but in height. Prosser did not comment on rumors about an in-screen fingerprint scanner that have surfaced earlier. Most of the video, about eight minutes, is devoted to the reasoning of an insider about the yet unannounced tracker for finding things AirTag.

The iPhone 12S family is expected to debut this September. According to earlier rumors, the design of the new smartphones will differ little from the iPhone 12. It is reported that the iPhone 12S will be based on the A15 Bionic chipset, made according to TSMC’s advanced 5nm process technology.
