Sales will begin on September 22
The iPhone 15 was introduced, which received a Dynamic Island notch like last year’s iPhone 14 Pro, so nothing revolutionary here. You can find out about older models with the Pro prefix here. In addition, Apple introduced smartwatches, including a new Ultra 2 model.
The screen brightness was raised to 2000 cd/ m2. The diagonal of the iPhone 15 is 6.1 inches, and the iPhone 15 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen.
Moisture protection and durable glass, which is installed on top of the screen, are declared. The body uses 75% recycled aluminum.
The camera remains dual, but the main sensor now has a resolution of 48 megapixels (F/1.6 aperture). The presentation again talked about the fantastic improvements to the camera software. The second camera has a resolution of 12 megapixels. The smartphone has zoom modes of 0.5x, 1x and 2x.

Apple announced next-generation Portraits with excellent bokeh, detail, and color even in low light. You can control depth and focus after shooting.
The smartphone received last year’s single-chip Apple A16 system and long battery life. The iPhone 15 charge will last all day, however, Apple has not had problems with this in the last two generations.
iPhone 15 is equipped with a new high-quality noise reduction system that works for voice calls without a headset. Of course, Apple talked about the satellite communication system (still SMS only). We added a roadside assistance service, implemented using the same system, via SMS.
Finally, we got to USB-C, which the iPhone 15 received. Apple immediately announced AirPods Pro headphones with a case equipped with such a connector and wired headphones with USB-C.
Prices start at $800 and $900 for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus versions with 128 GB of flash memory. Sales will begin on September 22.
