Titanium bezel, new buttons, USB-C and huge lens protrusions
The resource 9to5Mac has published new high-quality images of the iPhone 15 Pro, and also listed all the most noticeable features of the external design and design of the device.
One of them is a titanium frame. iPhone 14 users complain about the sharp edge of the phone frame, and the new generation of the frame will have rounded edges – it will be more convenient to hold the smartphone in your hand. In addition, the frame will be made of titanium alloy.
The iPhone 15 will once again receive updated larger image sensors, so the main camera block will become larger. But outwardly, the protrusion of the lenses is more striking: in the iPhone 15 Pro, the lenses will protrude twice as much as in the iPhone 14 Pro. Interestingly, the camera block in the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be slightly smaller. This is due to the presence of a periscope module in the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which the iPhone 15 Pro will not have.
USB-C will become the new standard for iPhones with the release of the iPhone 15, but power (and therefore charging speed) may vary by model.

The iPhone 15 Pro will say goodbye to traditional keys, instead of them there will be “solid-state tactile buttons” – both for volume control and a proprietary switch that activates silent mode. Interestingly, each block of keys will be responsible for its own “tactile engine”.
Apple will once again reduce the size of the screen frame – the width will be approximately 1.55 mm. The Ceramic Shield glass of the front and back panels will adjoin the titanium frame almost seamlessly.
As for overall dimensions, the iPhone 15 Pro will be slightly smaller than the iPhone 14 Pro model: the length and width will be 146.47 x 70.46 versus 147.46 x 71.45. But the thickness will increase: from 7.84 to 8 .24 mm.
Finally, the iPhone 15 Pro is credited with a completely new color. It is presented as “rich red”, but more like bronze. At the same time, the colors of the current generation – black, white, gold and purple – will also remain in the range.
These renders are based on input from various sources, including accessory makers MFi, who already have CAD images of the new iPhones. In the coming weeks, the resource will publish high-quality renderings of other models of the iPhone 15 line.
